I am very interested in the responses you get to this Joseph. I have the same problem. I have devised some possible solutions as we are undergoing a conversion and I need a solution. That means, we haven't implemented any solution as yet. One is to impose business rules like Only the first letter can be capitalized in each name segment. Another is to modify the first to add conditions where the letter following certain patterns is capitalized like after Mc would be a capital. Another is to use a bit map, probably two long ints for 64 bits to act as boolean flags and tell me what the pattern is. That of course means giving up some space for each name.
