At the office, we developed a comprehensive system to track requests, source
code changes and time. The system written in Informix-4GL is integrated with
Intersolv's PVCS source code control system. Its pretty nice to be able to
look at the version control history of a program and select details of the
Fix Request or Modification Request from the database. For example, this is
the version control history of one 4GL program:
