Entreprise Replication

Hello All, I'm having problems setting up Entreprise Replication: I have my snmp daemon running, and the cdragt sub-agent. Everything works great for one server: I can declare one server to ER, and define a replicate. However, when I try to connect to second server, and declare it to ER, using the first server as a synch server, it bombs. If I remove the first server, and then try declaring the second server, it works OK, but when I try to redeclare the first server to ER again, CDR bombs on the first server now. What a pain: has anybody experienced this? Does anybody have any ideas? Thanks!
