Monthly Posting of the use of the THERE THEIR THEY'RE words
Posted in 1995
No slammin' No spammin' No slumpin' No kiddin' Here's the monthly posting of the use of the THERE THEIR THEY'RE words: THEIR - possessive; use this to show something assigned ownership. Example: Their dog died. Their company went under. THERE - action word; use this to point to something else. Example: Look over there! There you go again with this! THEY'RE - combination word; use this to show an action. Example: They're gonna crash! They're overpricing it! You can also add them together: They're out of their minds over there! Don't flame me...my eyes tripped over the misuse of these words again. I thought an informational approach might help. Now I feel better. :-) -- \\\\|// (o o) ==============================---o00--(_)--00o---============================ Tim Schaefer http://www.gate.net/~tschaefe The Computer Business Company, Inc. tschaefe@gate.net Coconut Creek, FL, USA INXUTIL 2.0 is now absolutely FREE Ub...eh...Now, see, who gets to ask the questions here? --Ross Perot =============================================================================
