Re: ADMIN_USER_MODE_WITH_DBSA

I know this is not directly responsive to your problem, and I'm not Windows
savvy enough to answer that directly, but have you thought about moving the
server to a Linux box? Far easier to manage in my opinion and more
reliable to boot.
