High Performance Load for 7.22

We are about to upgrade informix On-Line from 7.11 to 7.22 and found out that the new feature in 7.22 HPL does not work. We were told that there is a bug in 7.22 for HPL. The error number is 668 when using ipload to sun the scheduled load job. When we run "onpload" from the prompt, we get "High performance Load is not available on this platform". Anyone has used HPL successfully? any help would be appreciated. Thanks
