Don't ask me why, but it is. > >June Technically, if the o/s release is the same, you should be OK. I've moved from 386 to 486 to Pentium by moving the SCSI controller and peripherals with no probs. Licensing-wise, should be fine with V6 and above as these are user-limited, not h/ware tiered. As for the Pentium ports being different, that's good news. Probably using some of the optimising features. I think I'll request an upgrade to SE 7 from 5.02 :-). Peter Wiley
