Not really. I find they make it a pleasure, because with constraints in
filtering mode and violations switched on you can filter off all dud
records and fix them up at your leisure. You don't even need to drop and
re-create constraints, indexes and triggers. You just disable them, load
and enable them when finished.

How? dbexport? dbimport would take care of loading for you, with or
without constraints.
