Hello Chaiw,
I do not have access to an HP Netserver, but I do use Windows NT 4.0.
The TAPEDEV in your onconfig file should read "\\\\.\\TAPE0" rather than just
"TAPE0". You might also check to see if the user running the ontape command
is a menber of the "Backup Operators" group.
