I-NET for Windows on Novell 3.12?

We have successfully installed I-NET for Windows v 5.01 on a customer's system which runs Novell 4.01 TCP/IP. However, our in-house system runs only Novell 3.12, with the dual-stack IPX/SPX + TCP/IP configuration on the PCs. We copied WINSOCK.DLL from Novell's download service, but it always fails to connect. We have carefully checked all our config's, including the new INFORMIX.INI, without any visible errors. If you've succeeded in running I-NET 5.01 over Novell 3.12 TCP/IP, please respond with the correct WINSOCK.DLL version or any highly unusual config tricks.
