construct on datetime

I have an interesting problem that somebody may be able to enlighten me on. I have been tryng to develop a construct statement in 4gl that uses a date entered in a datetime field in the where clause. I have enclosed a piece of code to clarify: construct by name where_clause1 on invoice.account_number, {invoice.open_date,} account.owner_last, account.owner_first, help 1 end construct The important thing to note is the date field "open_date" is acually a datetime field.
