i-Star log file in 7.0 engine

Someone came into my office and asked me a question. I looked in the manuals and couldn't find anything. Now I am curoius.... In pre-6.0 engines, you could start I-net or I-star with a parameter that said log all incoming connections to a file. This was useful for debugging connection problems. Now we have a client that is using 7.0 and since I-star is no longer a separate product that is manually started, the same parameters won't work.
