Jerry Serman sought instructions for an imported restore with ON-Bar and ISM to initialise an HDR target. Martin Fuerderer said it works but he had never done it and uses ontape for HDR setup. Vivek Chaudhary said he had a step-by-step procedure for the imported restore but was unsure about the HDR part. Jerry asked him to e-mail it; no instructions appeared in the thread.

I am
trying to locate a set of instructions for performing an Imported Restore
using Onbar and ISM.
I have not found any so far that work.
My overall goal is implementing HDR, but I am hung up trying to initialize my
target instance using an Imported Restore.
Would appreciate any help from someone who has been successful at this.
Thanks,

Hi,
I know that this somehow works, but I've never done it.
For simplicity and easyness I only use "ontape" for
backup and restore when setting up HDR ... :)
Regards,
Martin
