ESQL/C 7.x And MFC 5.0

Has anyone experienced any problems using ESQL/C ( 7.x ) with MFC 5.0? I am looking for any problems related to memory allocation/deallocation. Memory allocated in the Informix DLL ( isql*.dll ) and deallocated in an MFC program, for example. TIA
