Here's an option: If the database(s) are not too big, you could export
them all and use dbschema -c to create a script to recreate the dbspaces,
logs, etc. Then reinitialize the instance from scratch using v12.10,
rebuild the spaces and logs, and import the databases. That will give you
a clean instance with no 11.70 legacy remaining.
