Select * from sysmaster:sysdatabases;
The first 12 bits of the partnum column are the dbspace number which
can be looked up in sysmaster:sysdbspaces.

Software Repository named utils2_ak and look at the code for
listdb7.ec which is part of that archive, or just compile and run that
program.
