Hi Jonathan, You know i support the addition of truncate table. Also, one i forgot to mention at the time is shrink datafile. If i create a datafile of 200 MB, and autoextend it to let's say 2 GB..... ... and then for whatever reason i truncate the table(s) in this datafile/tablespace such that it no longer takes anywhere near the 2 GB.... i can attempt to release space by shrinking the datafile back to it's originally defined size of 200 MB.
