Appendix J of the Informix FAQ contains code to allow you to set the page length, left, right, top and bottom margins dynamically -- that is, the values are determined at run-time. It is not, admittedly, officially supported. But it still works. The FAQ contains lots of useful information. In NewEra, you can use global variables (external to report function) to specify the page dimensions; the values at START REPORT time are the dimensions of the report.
