In order to observer server in more than one subnet you will need to maintain a file agentaddr" at the location pointed by "VBROKER_ADM", containing a list of IP-address of all machines running osagent across the network, this file should be made avaiable to any single osagent within a network at its start up time. IMC should set its OSAGENT_ADDR env variable to point to ip-addr of machine hosting this particular osagent. 1. select a particular machine as a representative machine 2 stop the visigenic Osagent and the server agent (UNIX use "stopsa" utility, on a NT through the control panel stop the "IECC Visibroker" ) 3 get the ip-address of all the host machines falling on different subnet list one address per line in a file named exactly "agentaddr" 4 place the file "agentaddr" in a directory pointed to by "VBROKER_ADM" environment variable, and start Visigenic osagent on this machine > Hello, > > Has anybody configured IECC for accessing to remote networks, I have > follow all the steps in IECC Installation Guide but it does not work. > > Thanks in Advance. > > Daniel Arribas > Sema Group SAE >
