The ONLY way do this under SE is to do
delete from systables where tabtype = "L";
This is from Informix UK Tech Support. It is not OFFICIALLY supported
but does work. THERE IS NO OFFICALLY SUPPORTED WAY..!!!..
Remember to do
isql <database name>
close database;
start database <database name> with log in "<full path to log file>"
to re-enable logging afterwards.
