Starting with 6.x online we now have extended reserve pages so we no longer limit the number of chunk pages to 1. This is also true of the dbspace page as well, you can have more then 1. So you can have really long chunk paths and all it means is you will have more and more extended reserve pages which isn't a problem if you have the space in the 1st chunk of your rootdbs.
