Slow Conexion on hp server

Hi, I set up an informix server on an Hp Server ProLiant DL380 Gen9 With 126gb of Memory and a Intel Xeon CPU E5-2697 v3 @ 2.6Ghz x 56 Procesor. When I try to connect to this database server trought Server Studio, I have to wait about 10 seconds to get a conexion. What can I do to improve this conexion ? Thanks in advance. Most probably the server is doing a reverse DNS lookup on the client IP address.
