CONCURRENCY will be a performance issue. Let the processor 0 to the OS. Use processors 1,2,3 for your first instance, and processors 4 and 5 to the sencond one (Since the second one did not have Multiprocessor enable, 2 will be a good value). Actually, you did not give us much information, so , just balancing between the two instances will be a good step.
