MSAccess hook to IDS 7.31.FD7

Hi, I have 2 days of experience trying to hook MSAccess to IDS. I have been able to successfully connect MSAccess to my IDS 9.40.FC3XC. In MsAccess, I can see what appears to be the entire list of tables in IDS (20,000+) However, using the same setup, to go after an IDS 7.31.FD7, I am only able to see a partial list of tables in MsAccess. I'm not sure where to start, having so little experience with the ODBC driver and hooking in MS stuff.... Informix Dynamic Server Version 7.31.FD7 $ uname -a HP-UX B.11.00 U 9000/889 1420652391 unlimited-user license IBM Informix Dynamic Server Version 9.40.FC3XC uname -a SunOS 5.9 Generic_117171-07 sun4u sparc SUNW,Sun-Fire-V240 is it a hardware difference? is it a IDS difference? any advice?
