There was an article posted here from Informix techs about a product from 'Openlink' (pretty sure that's the name). In that article they said they have tested a few ODBC drivers and found 'Openlink's' to be the best. Openlink is a British company. You may get more info from Informix themselves. It almost looks like Informix may endorse Openlink, judging by their like of the product. (speculation only). As to why QE sucks: The problems are varied, but our main problem was the licensing errors that keep coming up. As well as the licensing agreements themselves. QE requires you to purchase their product per unit. Openlink is willing to work with you on site licenses. (*much* cheaper). What other errors have any of you found that QE gives you? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (Dudeman@chiron.com (510)420-4765) (W.O.W since 11/28/94) 1994 Pittsburg Steelers: 11-3-0 Next Game: Sun 12/18 vs Cleveland 10:00am pst Thank you for pot smoking. - The American Cannabis Society - -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
