Hi all, I need to do some on-line archives to a tape device. We are running Informix 6 with Sun Solaris 2.3 on SPARC 2000s. Does anyone know of any vendors/hardware that can provide tape drives with the following features: 1) Tape library management 2) Unattended backup (carrousels) 3) High speed drives ( >2Mb/s in native mode) 4) Stand alone drivers Any help would be greatly appreciated. ##################################################################### David Nguyen \\\\\\|||/// ---------- Internet: david_nguyen@notes.pw.com . ======= / Uh... \\ Price Waterhouse / \\| O O | / Just restore \\ 3110 Fairview Park Dr \\ / \\v_'/ <- from tape. / Suite 300 # _| |_ \\ / Falls Church, VA 22042 (#) ( ) ---------- (703) 641-5597 #\\//|* *|\\\\ #\\/( * )/ # ===== #include disclaimer.h # (\\ /) Blah, Blah, Blah. # || || .#---'| |----. #----' -----' #####################################################################
