Perhaps an : environment variable? Check the release notes. We went through : the same drill and just had to fix those errors in run time. the compiler will report an error if there is a parameter count mismatch within the name module; if you CALL a function more than once in the module with a differnt parameter count, the error is caught and reported. Also, I believe if you CALL a function that actually resides in the module incorrectly, you'll get an error. However, you will *not* get an error if you CALL a function that is in a different module, because the compiler handles modules one at a time. I doubt if this will change, and am not so sure I'd want it to. ======================================================================= Dennis J.
