Onunload script

Hello, all.
I have IDS 9.21 on HP-UX.
I am searching onunload shell script, which automatically unload data
in file 2Gb size and automatically change file.

Which version of HP-UX? Does the o/s support large files?
If so, then you should be able to get SQLCMD (which requires ESQL/C)
to work OK, without the need for splitting up the files. The
as-distributed software might not support large files, but you can
work around that.
Alternatively, you could consider unloading to a named pipe, and
having the process that reads the pipe do the splitting for you --
maybe the 'split' program, or maybe something else
