c-isam programmer's manual

Dave@informix.com writes to see the C-ISAM Programmer's Manual for info on log format. I keep seeing this answer to many things. Dave, not all of us bought a C-ISAM product, we just bought SE. The manual you refer to does not come with SE (perhaps it should, if it contains appropriate info??). What is available to use with just SE manuals?
