RE: How to get a list of objects in a db

I'm pretty sure this will give you what you want.
select tabname, DBINFO('DBSPACE', a.partnum)
from sysmaster:sysptnhdr a, systables b;JP

Subject: How to get a list of objects in a dbspa
Question:
Is there a way, via 'sysmaster' to get a list of objects
(tables and indexes) that exist in a dbspace using just a SELECT
statement?
I can get most of the information from 'systabnames', but I can't
find a way to tell what type the object is. I could go into each
database,
but that would be a pain.
To summarize:
SELECT ....
FROM ....
WHERE dbspace = 'my_data'
... would return:
database, owner, name, type
Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
