That's just the condition id number. It is as meaningful/less as the
session ids and thread ids displayed elsewhere. The important
identifier here is the addr column which is displayed on the onstat -u
report in column #6 "wait". Relating the address from onstat -g con or
onstat -g wai to that column will tell you what sessions are waiting
for what king of resource (netnorm, sm_read, etc).
