Hi Frank, maybe this is a racing conflict between some services, maybe not. In either case you don't need to reboot your machine. Activate Startmenu - System - Services select 'IECC Server Agent 3.0 - ???? and activate "stop" select 'IECC VisiBroker 3.0 Osagent and activate "stop" select 'IECC VisiBroker 3.0 Osagent and activate "start" select 'IECC Server Agent 3.0 - ???? and activate "start" You should consider starting these services manually each time you reboot your machine, if this problem occurs in more than 50 percent. That way you could speed up your boot-time...
