Indexing & data warehousing

Hi all, Could someone please provide pointers to sites/mailing lists/newsgroups where one could discuss/obtain design guidelines for data warehouses, specifically about indexing. Do you generally index nearly every column or don't you bother cause you won't be able to tell what your average rational data warehouse user is going to do next anyway? Any thoughts?
