Does Informix Provide Poor Product Support? In the PC Magazine Guide to Client / Server Databases, Joe Salemi writes that "Informix has a reputation among users for providing poor support." If you are an Informix user, can you relay your perceptions / expereiences on the current state of their support. Any comments and/or experiences are appreciated.
