ODBC Driver - Keep Alive

There is no CSDK/ODBC "keep alive" option which could be set as part of connection string or registry or environment variable. Since this is related to TCP connection, it could be only set in the SQLHOSTS file as "k=1" in the options field. More info I found in the IIUG link below.
