VPCLASS parameter

Hi,
We upgraded our IDS engine in HP-UX B.11.11 from version 10.00.FC6 to version
11.70.FC1. There is a parameter that we stumbled on. If you have any insight,
please help.
VPCLASS = ???????????
The server has 4 CPUs, and the old parameters from 10.00.FC6 are:
MULTIPROCESSOR 1 # 0 for single-processor, 1 for multi-processor
NUMCPUVPS 4 # Number of user (cpu) vps
SINGLE_CPU_VP 0 # If non-zero, limit number of cpu vps to one
NOAGE 1 # Process aging
AFF_SPROC 0 # Affinity start processor
AFF_NPROCS 0 # Affinity number of processors
See the Administrator's Reference for a full description of all documented
ONCONFIG variables. That said, VPCLASS has been around since 9.40 and
replaces several other parameters which may finally have been deprecated in
11.50 IB. It replaces NUMCPUVPS, NOAGE, AFF_NPROCS, AFF_SPROC. You can
also use it to replace NUMAIOVPS, the number of poll threads argument in
NETTYPE, and you can configure the numbers of other virtual processors that
you had no control over previously - including user defined VPs for
processing UDTs safely. The syntax is:
VPCLASS <class>,<number>,[noage],[aff=<spec>]
The spec for the aff option is more flexible and powerful than the older
AFF_* parameters. You can specify a list of processor numbers, a range of
processor nummbers - with or without an increment other than 1 - or
combinations or these. To mimic what you have now, for the CPU VPs:
VPCLASS cpu,4,noage
