If you say stuff it, you probably won't be able to get into the IIUG (but that's just a guess). You can get help from the iiug.org website on things like a constitution and membership, directorship and voting rules. Then you just have to con people into joining and book your ticket to the Isle of Man... I mean, appoint a board of directors, draft a charter/constitution, set up all the rules and regulations and take it from there.
