Results are good - maybe after putting in a little more effort than we expected at the beginning. I run a sound mixture of Platinum's functions out of the box + selvwritten SMI queries + shell skripts. Integration is easy. We choose Platinum because we are on SIEMENS Nixdorf Hardware / SINIX OS and there are not so many vendors supporting this. Go for www.platinum.com - it tells you all of the marketing stuff. Give Platinum a 800 call and they should send you a CDROM with the doku and a free trial for 30 days is also common (here in Europe, Germany & Austria) I did order this by phone and received a tape + 30 day license key almost instantly. Support is also important, and for me this really works excellent: High responsiveness & competence, best by e-mail. Good luck!
