Informix CLI/ODBC Connection Problem

I have setup Informix DSA with an ontlictcp connection on a UNIX server, I can connect to the server using the Informix Relational Manager NT tool, create databases, tables etc. However, using the Informix CLI product I can issue the SQLDataSources call and get a sensible response, but whenever I try and use SQLConnect or SQLDriverConnect it doesn't work. I have checked and checked the odbc.ini file and it seems correct, and even if I specify all of the information in a connection string it fails. Does anyone have any bright ideas? JAS
