4GL Dynamic "USING" format clause

If I define a variable as a char value and assign it a valid format string in 4GL Version 4.00.UH2 it displays the correct result. The following program gives an example of what I mean. Main Define a decimal Define b char(25) define c char(25) let a = 1.0 let b = "-----&&" let c = a using b clipped display "'",c clipped,"'" end main When run using Version 4.00.UH2 it displays as: ' 01' In version 4.12.UE2 it displays as: '1.00' If anyone has any insight into this problem please feel free to respond.
