Responsibilites: Will be the project leader for specific Sirrus development projects. Needs to work efficiently and effectively in small development teams. This position requires excellent technology skills, effective project management skills and a comprehensive understanding of system design and development concepts. Must be highly motivated and able to manage and work in a concurrent engineering environment. Strong interpersonal skills are a plus as Development Manager will often be the client liaison for projects he/she leads. Must be able to analyze and help resolve major business problems. Must be able to handle major technical problems with minimum or no guidance.
