Rev Up with IDS

On the Informix website there's a link: Rev Up with IDS Try the IDS Rev Up Tool to see how much you can save Anyone any idea what the "Rev Up Tool" is? I clicked on the link but there was no further information, just a request for registration.

I see it has the phrase "See how much you can save" on it, so now suspect that it won't be very interesting!
