I-Net: Can not access database

Unix Server SE 5.0 I-NET 5.0 NT workstation ESCL/C 7.2 (I-CONNECT 7.20TE2) The workstation can ping and telnet to the server with no problem. I have all the host and server setting setup and is connecting to it I think because I have gone fixed all the errors (e.g.. entry not in services file etc.). I am now however completely stuck on error 'Can not access database', I have added the dbpath in the environment tab and the user can connect to the database using the unix login. I have never been stuck on this error before does anyone know is there is something I have to do different with NT Workstation, I have not setup on this platform before.
