Wendy,
Have a look in www.iiug.org under Software Repository, I believe there is a
utility called dbdiff which does what you want to do. Alternatively, you may be
able to do something creative with systables, syscolumns etc.

Subject: Compare two databases for schema difference
Hi,
I believe this should be a way to easily compare with two databases' schema
(table, index, procedure, rights...) for the difference.
I am using dbschema to dump the two databases' schema separately and then do
the text file comparison, but the schema are in the order of creation, it is
not easy to do the comparison, especially when there are a lot of elements.
Could anybody out there help?
TIA.
Wendy
