Called tech support - they're not sure what the problem is. Upgrading isn't an option at the moment. I believe that if I could identify which resource is constrained then I could allocate more. I guess it is also possible that the executable that is being called by the stored procedure is not deallocating memory that it is allocating. This could also be a "feature" of the stored procedure call. Dan
