Installation SCO 5.0.5

Hi I want to install SCO 5.0.5 on lenovo laptop. I have bootable CD, when I insert CD and boot the system with, it prompt me SCO Open Server 5.0.5 BOOT : After pressing Enter at this point The system print few lines as the it in normal boot and then reboot it mean that it is not able to boot with DVD drive. Please suggest me what I do to install SCO. thanks and regards Abdul Qadir

SCO 5.0.5 ? I don´t think you will get any approbiate Hardware drivers for todays notebooks. The last displayed line will show you what SCO is doing or going to do and tells you which driver is wrong or missing. If SCO reboots, the driver choosen is probably the wrong one and causes the reboot. A missing driver seldom caused a reboot. So two ways: Ask SCO support, or Lenovo support for drivers.
