Informix Termcaps for VT220/320

Does anyone have Informix termcap entrys for a DEC VT220 and VT320 terminals they could send me? We are developing a new 4GL application where we need some color attributes, but we are currently stuck in VT100 mode via our various dialup and Telnet connections.
