Re: IWUC 95: Mtg Sunday Night?

Here's the straight word: The Sunday night net.gathering will be held at the Gordon Biersch Micro-Brewery that is located on San Fernando Street between First and Second streets in downtown San Jose. This is just a couple of blocks from the convention center. The official start time is set for 7:00pm, but you can arrive any time you'd like, of course. On Sundays, live big band music is featured from 4:00pm until 7:00pm in the courtyard. GB does serve food, but I don't know how extensive their menu is. It is my understanding that we will have our own area, but that everyone will handle their own bill separately. One reason for the delay in posting this is that we were waiting on GB to get back to us to confirm some of these details. If it turns out that the above is not exactly correct, I'm sure everyone will be able to adapt. At any rate, Gordon Biersch Micro-Brewery is definitely the place, Sunday is definitely the date, 7:00pm is more or less the time. If you need their phone number for some reason, it is 408/294-6785.
