Installation of IDS on NT4

Hi , I am still having problems with installing informix. I did a full = installation and a shortcut was never produced for IECC, is that = correct? I ran the executable but in the IECC environment, the server = was not found i.e. I couldn't see the database from the IECC window. It turned out we installed on service pack 1 instead of 3 and tech = support said that may create problems we had but have since said that = service pack 3 is suggested only if using enterprise replication. =20 Also, I cannot see the server agent in the services list - can someone = please tell me what I am doing wrong. Could it have something to do = with entering IECC as the informix user and not administrator. It still = doesn't explain the server agent not running. Please help - this is taking too long.
