ISM_startup -init - MEMORY FAULT

Hi, Wondering if any one can help me with this strange one. Rebuilt ISM as standard. Initiallyising the database with ism_startup -init and get the following : " [root@gra-ds2-4 logs]# ism_startup -init start_ism: is starting the ISM daemons. Memory fault Memory fault ${0##*/}: Still waiting for ISM daemons to become available... ${0##*/}: Still waiting for ISM daemons to become available... start_ism: ISM server not running after 2 minutes and 30 seconds. [root@gra-ds2-4 logs]# " We are running on Linux gra-ds2-4 2.6.9-34.ELsmp on informix IDS 9.4.UC7.
